Our take on a classic beer style,
carefully combines tradition with new techniques.We brewed this beer using a flavorsome, bright belgian yeast strain and then dry-hopped it with Lemondrop and Centennial hops to give it an extra citrus kick. At 6% abv,this beer is thirst quenching,yet substantial,perfect for a hot summer day!

DECEMBER 2017
Black as it gets,with a nice aroma of mocha coffee and dark chocolate, this beer doesn't show it's roasty character at first. As you take the first sip, the American hops dominate the arrival, but soon enough the flavor is transformed into an indulging blend of bittersweet coffee and dark ripe fruits, creating a unique experience. 7,5% abv

Double IPA
SEPTEMBER 2017
The first tale is about a Double IPA 8% abv,
dry hopped with a special Simcoe, Mosaic
and Citra blend, using both hop pellets and lupulin powder. Piny / resinous / fruity aroma and flavor, bittersweet taste, balanced malty and hoppy character, full body and that silky mouthfeel which coats your palate, are some of the basic elements of this very first brewhouse tale.
